No prior knowledge is required; it’s ideal for newly qualified RYA Competent Crew or Day Skipper holders. Groups are limited to 6 participants yachts, with guidance from RYA-qualified instructors.
The course covers practical skills like helming, sail trim, navigation, tidal calculations, and crew teamwork. It includes and evening meal, accommodation, yacht hire, fuel, wet weather gear, and life jackets. Safety is paramount so a flexible planning approach is used with locations of where we go.
Starts Friday evening at 6-7pm for maximum mileage
