Practical, Theory & Other Courses (Excluding online courses):

Our standard terms and conditions with regards to delivery and returns can be found here and should be referred to should any issues arise.

For purchases from our shop for course materials, postage costs are applied depending on your location in the world. This is for a standard “signed for” service and is non-negotiable. Alternatively, course materials can be bought online and then collected by the student upon commencement of their course or charter. For returns, all materials must be returned in their original packaging, and must not be altered, marked, used, damaged or defaced in any way. If goods returned are in any way damaged or as above stated, a refund of costs cannot be made. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the returned goods are correctly addressed and are sent by a suitable postage service. We are not responsible for losses due to postal issues or negligence of others. We advise that any returned item is securely packaged and sent via an insured and recorded postal service.

Online e-books, once issued these are non refundable.

Online Theory Courses:

If the course has been activated, logged into, used or accessed. The course becomes ineligible for a refund as materials have been used.

Online courses can be extended at £30 – 60 subject to course per 6 months extinction. Please contact us for exact price for each online course.
